If you ever face an issue with your order, please drop us an email within 5 days of delivery at customercare@babybeauty.in — our support team will be happy to assist you.

Please include the following details so we can resolve your concern quickly:

  • Order ID

  • Invoice Copy (hard or soft)

  • Details of your issue or request

  • Clear images of the product, packaging, and label showing the batch number near the MRP or crimp


If You Received the Wrong Product or a Missing Item

If you’ve received the wrong item or if something is missing from your order, please email us within 5 days of delivery with the details mentioned above.
Once we receive your information, our team will review it and get back to you within 24 hours to arrange a replacement or correction.


If You Received a Damaged or Leaking Product

If your product arrived damaged, leaking, or broken, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and share:

  • Order ID

  • Invoice copy (hard or soft)

  • Photos or videos showing the damage clearly (including the batch number near MRP/crimp)

Once we receive your details, our customer care team will verify and arrange a replacement within 7 days.


If You Have a Product Concern

If you have any doubts or issues related to product quality, texture, or performance, email us at customercare@babybeauty.in within 5 days of receiving your order.
Please include:

  • Order ID

  • Invoice copy

  • Description of your concern

  • Images showing the product and batch number

Our team will carefully review your query and respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.


Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you can email us at customercare@babybeauty.in within 1 hour of placing it.
Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.
If you no longer wish to receive it, simply refuse the parcel at the time of delivery — it will automatically be returned to us.


If Your Order is Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at customercare@babybeauty.in within 3 days (72 hours) of the delivery date.
Our team will investigate and resolve the issue at the earliest.


Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
For smaller orders, standard delivery charges may apply and will be displayed during checkout.
We also offer Cash on Delivery at a small additional charge.
